Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 7 business days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 7 business days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
Shipping Options
Our shipping options on the website are limited to the United States of America. If you would like to ship internationally please contact us directly using the Contact form page. Cost of standard shipping is included for purchases over $100. Because our products are limited editions, insurance is included in the cost of shopping.
Return Policy
We offer a comprehensive return policy for all our items. Full refunds and exchanges are available if the request is made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. If you need to exchange for size this will be made available, so long as we have new size request in stock. If not, a refund will be offered instead. Refunds and exchanges will only be confirmed when the items are returned and must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and packaging.
To initiate an exchange for size or refund request please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment: support@altalena.art. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Altalena must receive the returned item within 14 days of return authorization.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
